I tested this easyblock with our imkl easyconfig using the SYSTEM toolchain (with interfaces = False). All good.

Adjust guesses for oneapi imkl
ef9967a 
Otherwise CPATH/*LIBRARY_PATH/PKG_CONFIG_PATH are not set correctly.
MIC and MAN paths are no longer relevant.
