react-docgen-typescript blocks the update of Typescript for now.

There is PR to resolve the issue styleguidist/react-docgen-typescript#360.

After it was merged and a new release was given we can update.

styleguidist/react-docgen-typescript#360 was merged.

Now we have to wait for the update of preset-create-react-app, which depends on react-docgen-typescript-plugin.
