Ensure that all bundles and features have Eclipse BIRT Project has the vendor. Ensure that all bundle and feature names names consistently start with BIRT and are well-formed. Eliminate all source feature/bundle templates; Tycho generates appropriate results without them. Provide preliminary a Jenkinsfile. eclipse-birt#1286
