Requested changes:

  1. Use default editor for development.
  2. Use newer go plugin for development.
  3. Extends development image with default eclipse go dev container to reuse permission fixes on the minishift.

… on the minishift. Improve devfile tasks.

is target Che 7.0.0 ?

We use this devfile only for development and in the CONTRIUBTING.md file to notify user how to develop che-machine-exec component. Merge this pr doesn't break che-machine-exec image or binary at all. So I think we can safely merge it.
