Is your task related to a problem? Please describe.

We are trying to promote devfile flow for code contribution in Che. But at the moment, we only have few devfile and flows documented.

Describe the solution you'd like

Have more projects with CONTRIBUTING.md describing how to contribute with a provided devfile.

I set 7.1.0 as it's not a blocker to release 7.0.0

Changed the milestone from 7.0.0 to 7.1.0.

@sunix can you help providing the status here? Would be nice if we could have a table with the list of projects that have or have not a a CONTRIBUTING.md file and a devfile.

Thanks @AndrienkoAleksandr from my point of view it's ok if we don't have it for che-theia/generator. So let's close this issue as soon as che-operator has its devfile and CONTRIBUTING.

@davidfestal could you help us to write a CONTRIBUTING.md file on how to contribute/setup env on che-operator ? with a devfile in ideal case ?
