Is your task related to a problem? Please describe.

Currently, we have Che-Theia multi-root mode enabled by default for the workspaces running on the dev-workspace engine.
For the che-server based workspaces - it's off, by default.
Now, we should enable the multi-root mode for the workspaces running with both engines.
