Adds support for JPMS
module-info.javainto eclipselink.jar.There are related changes in Ant build scripts too.
JPA 2.0 vs 2.1 diff files where removed from eclipselink.jar, but diff file still exists internally due a JPA testing purpose.
There is upgrade of some dependencies to get module names.
