  1. Enhance compile logs with class baseline problems and use warnCommon 

    Currently Tycho warns if an item is in the build but not in the baseline
but this seems not very interesting for the user so disable it here with
'warnCommon'.

Additionally this now enables to enhance the ECJ logs with warnings
about class files that have changed.
