Separate irrlicht's gui elements from main Game class to subclasses

Those classes are still inherited by the main Game class, so for the rest of the code it's as if nothing happened, used to work around crashes with clang in android ndk r16, and also slims a bit down the whole class (even if in the end the contents are still the same)
