Tasks

• CapabilityStatements only show search operations, not read operations. Should it be added (because of Retrieve Care Services Resource)? If so, mCSD is wrong and should be fixed to (CP).
• Rebase resources on CH Core.
• Add information about the required audit events?
• Rename 'mHealth application' to 'primary system'.
• Rebase onto master.
• Refresh the HPD Structure diagram (ongoing).
• Update the changelog.
• Final review.

IHE Change proposals to the mCSD profile

• ITI-90: On _lastUpdated, prefixes gt, lt, sa and eb have no DSML2-equivalent, but they are SHALL support. -> SHOULD support. They are excluded from this PR. Reported in ITI-90: prefixes on _lastUpdated search param IHE/ITI.mCSD#143.
• ITI-91: the transaction shall be implemented, but its use-case is much narrower than ITI-90. Not the same users, probably. -> SHOULD support. It is excluded from this PR. Reported in Optionality of ITI-91 transaction IHE/ITI.mCSD#145.
• ITI-90: Missing rest.resource.interaction.code = #read in CapabilityStatements (corresponding to Retrieve Care Services Resource). Reported in ITI-90: Missing CapabilityStatements for Retrieve Care Services Resource IHE/ITI.mCSD#144.
