  • Grant mentor/admin privileges
  • Edit user account information
  • See all tickets (past and current) and backing information.

Mentor

  • Can claim tickets
  • Can cancel tickets
  • Can reopen claimed tickets

Student

  • Submit a ticket
  • Cancel a ticket ("nevermind")
  • Edit user account information (name, email, skills)
  • Desktop notification and title notification when ticket has been claimed.
  • See current status of ticket (Open or claimed)
