What does this PR do?
This PR improves STAN dashboard visualisations by using max aggregation over time instead of sum and removes unused query from the dashboard.
Why is it important?
Query removal from the dashboard is required so as the Dashboard to be functional.
@devon-kim could you verify that, and the change from sum to max please?
