Reorganized content because having the quick start before the install instructions caused some confusion. Decided to keep the quick start in the Getting Started section because I think it raises the visibility of the feature. Created a separate file for the quick start so we can move the content around more easily, if necessary (sorry that it makes it harder to see the diff).
This PR also resolves the following issues:
#3912 - added note
#3910 - added explanation as to why the plugins are required (dev should confirm).
#3911 - change CLI examples to include
./but I still think we should revisit this as a larger issue as noted in my comments on the PRNOTE: I've removed the
$from CLI examples because we've heard from customers that the symbol is annoying because it makes copying/pasting harder.
