This PR moves the information about native realm security settings from
https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/elastic-stack-overview/master/native-realm.html
to
https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/elasticsearch/reference/master/security-settings.html
... since that is where all the other realm settings exist.
