EuiPopover does not display in EuiFlyout #965

Unable to upgrade Kibana to EUI 1.0.1 because EuiPopover does work in EuiFlyout. This occurs on the Inspector page. To view the inspector, open a dashboard and click the panel actions icon in the upper right corner of the panel. Select inspector. A flyout opens and the view: Data link is a popover should display the options data and request. With EUI 1.0.1, the popover never gets displayed

It's looking like there are issues all around of portals within portals (or triggering new portals inside a portal).
