Summary
This PR makes sure that the
getSecureRelForTargetutility also attachesnoreferrerto links that are opening in the same window (i.e. not having atarget="_blank") and are not going to a secure domain. This was made in request by Brandon, so we don't leak referrers even in case we open links in the same tab (e.g. in the markdown visualization).Checklist
