Summary
Fixes #2675, where it was pointed out that I had removed a function that appeared to be unused (#2643) and broke the docs.
toggleOpenis, in fact, used viarefmethod reference in the docs for mobile nav toggling.I also refactored it to use the
setStatecallback instead of atimeout.Checklist
