Summary
Per our discussion at our sync today, we unfortunately can't seem to get CSS snapshots working as of #5764 and will be turning off our
renderWithStyleshelper for now until we can investigate further.This PR removes the helper being called from current files, as well as removes old CSS snapshots that hadn't been deleted yet, but leaves the helper in for now.
I've also removed the
renderWithStylesstep from #5685 (comment).Checklist
