Kibana version: 6.6.0

Browser version: all

Original install method (e.g. download page, yum, from source, etc.): BC1

Describe the bug: The 2 magnifying glasses used to toggle filters on legend items in area/bar/line charts are missing from the UI. The buttons are still there on other types of charts, just missing from this one.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Create an area chart with a Date Histogram and then do a Split Series with Terms on that.
  2. Click on the Terms in the Legend.

This is a regression compared to 6.5.4.

I see the v6.6.2 label, but I don't see this issue listed in the 6.6.2 Release Notes:

Did the fix actually make it into the 6.6.2 release?

I have tested this on 6.6.2 and the filter buttons are back
