Use Solution icons for Kibana Home

I know we are focusing on a new home page for early 7.x. It came to our attention that the metrics add data icon is actually the stack monitoring icon as well, which might be confusing for new users. Is there any chance we can modifying the icons for Logs, Metrics and Security Analytics to utilize the new solution icons? I believe APM already is.

I'd imagine this could be just a design PR, but we can involve other teams as needed. cc: @ryankeairns

Yep, I can switch it out.

Looks like we need the Logging and Security logos in EUI before this can be switched in Kibana

I paused on this after I saw the meeting set up around these icons. I'd rather not rush to get them in if we're just going to change them again.
