That test has been failing consistently on master and 7.x over the last hours. Skipping to unblock the CI.

The whole flaky DFA test suite has been disabled for now.

We're currently investigating a backend issue that sometimes occurs during the _explain call and that makes the tests fail.

[ML] Take more care that memory estimation uses unique named pipes

Prior to this change ML memory estimation processes for a
given job would always use the same named pipe names.  This
would often cause one of the processes to fail.

This change avoids this risk by adding an incrementing counter
value into the named pipe names used for memory estimation
processes.

@pheyos you should be able to reenable these tests when elastic/elasticsearch#60395 has been merged, backported and the resulting snapshot has been accepted as the one used by Kibana CI.
