A failed Metrics check on kibana ci says "page load bundle size" for "data" is 1.0B over the configured limit of 1.1MB and links to https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/kibana/master/ci-metrics.html. While it says what is wrong, it doesn't says how to fix it. Ideally, it would also say how to run the check locally. This info is communicated in the other checks.
