Updates the files produced by mdatagen. For some reason,
make generateis using an older version ofmdatagenand not generating the correct files (I think it has something to do withGOBIN) so these files are generated by using the latest version ofmdatagendirectly. Not sure what version CI is picking but we should see that in the PR build results.
