Download link in encrypted chats must be clicked twice, is confusing

Description

Confusing download link which says "decrypt" and you must click it and then wait, despite no feedback, then it changes to "download" and then you can download the content.

Steps to reproduce

• Start an encrypted chat
• Upload a pdf (1MB or so, to see it take time)
• Click the "download link" (it actually says "decrypt" not download)

Describe how what happens differs from what you expected.

• After clicking the "link", no file is downloaded, no feedback
• After some time the link "magically" changes to download, this is the only feedback
• I would expect a spinner or an animation saying "decrypting" or a progress bar to indicate that something is happening. Perhaps the file should automatically download after the decryption is complete but at the very least there should be feedback.
