Garbage in the terminal after running menu command with hidden command line

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create new command in Main menu (e.g. "echo test") and assign it a label (e.g. "test").
2. Increase the size of the panels to the very bottom until the command line disappears (using Ctrl+Down).
3. Execute "test" command from Main menu.
4. Ctrl-O to show terminal output.
