fix #2465
FS mount point function
MountInfo::GetFileSystemMountPoint(tested only in Linux - may be need additional test in non-Linux OS (Apple, Haiku, *BSD, ...)
Note: infolist coudn't autoupdate when inside plugin path changed
UPD: Add *Ctrl-Alt-* for jump to the mount point of the current folder's file system
