Endpoint to download imagemagick release wasn't working anymore. It's been updated to use what's available now. Extension also needed to be updated.

Endpoint to download an ImageMagick release wasn't working anymore and receives a 404 - https://download.imagemagick.org/archive/releases/ImageMagick-6.9.5-10.tar.gz
This PR updates it to use what's available - https://imagemagick.org/archive/releases/ImageMagick-6.9.5-10.tar.xz
Extension also had to be updated from
.tar.gzto.tar.xz
