Some of you might have seen some issues with the version today (we saw a jump from 1.2.0 to 0.10.0 to 2.0.0). Sorry for that. I have cleaned up pypi, github releases and now the actual version is 1.3.X (!)
This PR is mostly just and introduction to the new CI, let me know if you have any questions.
