I would prefer to not merge this and to let the opening stand on the first sentence, which already say octane is "the best way for teams to build ambitious web applications."

The bundle-of-features mindset is mostly an insider perspective and doesn't reduce confusion for new Ember users.

Yeah, I spoke with @NullVoxPopuli and I think this change is a little bit too reactionary and makes this post describe Octane as more of a delta from a previous thing at a high level.
