At the time of this PR, https://blog.emberjs.com/2020/03/16/ember-3-17-released.html didn't mention that 3.16 is an LTS. I assumed that it is based on how LTS's have been every 4 minor releases and the last minor release in a major release.
I asked the
dev-ember-learningchannel on Discord for clarification. If the assumption was wrong, we can make a revision in a separate PR.PS. Yep, confirmed to be LTS by Kenneth.
