Publish to npm as ember-addon

One of you fine people need to publish ember-data to npm once the next version is cut since ember-addon support landed.

If this is being published right after 1.0.0-beta.10, BEFORE it is published, someone needs to bump https://github.com/emberjs/data/blob/master/lib/ember-addon/blueprints/ember-data/index.js#L11 to 1.0.0-beta.10.

After it is published, both of these need to be tested and merged:

• Update app blueprint's package.json/bower.sjon to depend on ember-data directly ember-cli/ember-cli#1873
• https://github.com/twokul/ember-cli-ember-data/pull/18

@fivetanley @rwjblue I tested this locally end-to-end with a new ember-cli project seemingy from scratch and everything worked correctly. Can you both confirm as well and let me know if we're waiting for beta-10 before npm publish?
