Cannot create custom Jinja2 Environment

Following the docs exactly as written here: https://www.starlette.io/templates/#using-custom-jinja2environment-instance

1. The docs do not show a positional directory argument
2. After adding the directory argument I get an unexpected keyword error

My goal is to turn off template caching. We have thousands of templates and those templates may be updated by other processes.

You use an outdated version of Starlette. env parameter available in newer versions.

Sorry, I am using it with FastAPI and I did not realize that had the version pegged at 0.27.x
