A polished and refined version of the current Latent Scope experience.

The goal is for anyone to immediately and intuitively be able to visualize and explore their dataset. A user can click through the process in the web app smoothly.

This milestone will involve a comprehensive look at the user experience of the setup and explore process as well as refactoring the code to make it easier to extend and add new features. The two main new feature to incorporate is Sparse Autoencoder support.
