3. Send me the file. How?

   • If you have no idea how to do it just attach the xml here or send it via email specifing the language
   • Don't worry about errors or other shiz, I'm here to assist You if needed

How to name values-x folder?

To know the country/region code check this link. Select country codes and run Your search. Alpha-2 code is what You need.

• Country language format: values-x. x is the country code (lowercase). Examples:

  1. Italian: country code for Italy is IT. The folder will be named values-it
  2. Hungarian: country code for Hungary is HU. The folder will be named values-hu

• Regional language format: values-x-rY. x is the mother's tongue country code (lowercase) while y is the region code (uppercase). Examples:

  1. Canadian (CA) French (fr): values-fr-rCA
  2. Brazilian (BR) Portuguese (pt): values-pt-rBR

Hello,

So I removed crowdin account for now. I don't like it and the way the project are managed. We need something more simple.
I'm going to contact weblate (or transifex?) again :)

to galego (galician), language code "gl".

I think I've made no mistakes, but please what "Audio Focus" setting is for? I've made a literal translation but I don't know what this setting means even after using the app. Thank you!

Hi @xmgz, thanks for the translations, really appreciated. Is it a Spain or Portugal's regional variation? Audio focus is an Android feature to moderate media app's playback and avoid multiple media app play at the same time. Every media app should request and receive the audio focus. So MPGO by default requests/receive audio focus. This way, MPGO will pause or lower its volume if a new app plays audio or if a message is received. Most of the translators decided to not translate audio focus. Thanks again for the translation, gonna include it in the next update (gonna send you an APK to see if it is recognized as I'm not sure value-gl is correct).

thank you for clarification about Audio Focus, and translation is just fine, but it's better translated as

    <string name="focus_pref_title">Foco do Audio</string>
    <string name="focus_pref_summary_on">Desactivar xestión do foco sobre o audio</string>
    <string name="focus_pref_summary_off">Activar xestión do foco sobre o audio</string>

so you can updated before the public release (thanks).

About galician language, its ISO 639-1 code is "gl" https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_ISO_639-1_codes

Galicia is a spanish region, with its own official language (alongside spanish), but sometimes its code language was also refered as "gl_ES" in some programs and translation platforms. The apk you've sent works as expected ;)

May I add a minor suggestion? On "dark mode" some icons are too much pale, IMO. The four ones at the botton (main tabs) are fine, but in some of the options on settings tab are not very visible on dark mode, so increasing a little bit its brightness would result better. Excuse this off-topic... it was I notice it after testing dark mode, on light mode it's fine to me. Feel free to edit/delete it ;)

Under UI, "Color" is really bright but "Theme" icon is too pale on dark mode (at least in my phone)

2. Colors are pale (desaturated) to comply with the accessibility guidelines for dark theme

A dark theme should avoid using saturated colors, as they don’t pass WCAG’s accessibility standard of at least 4.5:1 for body text against dark surfaces. Saturated colors also produce optical vibrations against a dark background, which can induce eye strain.
