Improve selectors and list pages

Change the UI and the behavior of some pages and selection modals in the app. The full list of changes and improvements are:

• Added a search filters in all the accounts, tags and category selectors and in their full list-view pages
• Added the possibility to select and filters by subcategories, in the transactions filters and in the budgets
• Added the possibility to order the display list of categories in selectors and lists
• Categories and its subcategories are now displayed in the same view
