E.g. 3dkt. The CLI produces all interface files and then hangs forever while trying to produce the first assembly file. This happens also for most icosahedral capsids with NCS ops, see #205

It looks like pymol cuts the script around 32KB (32768 B)

Implemented mitigation strategy to throw an exception if script is too long.
