Widgets dock conky overhaul

• add sidebar floating effect

Floating conky effect

• Use of surrounding shadows to give the compact and glass conky a floating on the desktop effect
• Adopt the use of section banners for the widgets dock system conky
• Torrent names with kanji or UTF-8 characters get replaced by a dot (.), this is a hack since the default conky font is ascii only
• Torrent peers now show their file percentage ownership instead of the torrent client name, ie. seeds will show 100%

• An applications sidebar for showing the state selected programs: package updates, music player and transmission torrents
