es-disuss mailing list shut down on April 3rd

Hi Folks,

Mozilla has shut down it's mail server, along with it es-discuss has been retired. The mailinglist will continue to be archived here, and your website will continue to work. However, new discussions have been migrated (for a while now) to our discourse: https://es.discourse.group/ -- This should be treated as the location for discussion. If you want you can set up mailing list notifications from here.

Wanted to make sure everyone was aware!

Could the scope of this issue to be expanded to:

1. Removing the subscribe button from the homepage.
2. Adding a notice about the current status of es-discuss.
