Oddly enough I can't reproduce it locally, and it's using npm v10 but doesn't seem to support package-lock.json

Did you try upgrading the package that's mentioned?

the error was from probot-scheduler, however it has been archived:

We recommend you use GitHub Actions with the schedule trigger instead, it's a much more reliably solution to the same problem.

Then let's just revert the Node.js 20 changes for now until we have time to look deeper into this.
