This PR aims to complete support for class static blocks, by:
eslint-visitor-keysdependency to make sure thatStaticBlockis included in theVisitorKeysexport. We're not usingespree.VisitorKeysin eslint packages (we're usingeslint-visitor-keysdirectly), but other dependent packages may be relying on this export.Tests that confirm that parsing of class static blocks already works were added in #515.
