update to compile with latest esp-hal git main #465

A few changes in esp-hal main prevents compilation - these are updated here.

Merging this requires a patch "esp-hal" to a git version to use. (but then - they are already using a git version of this already....)

Tested on:
esp32s3 - wifi only

Locally I also have a branch which is e.g. using the new current_time API instead of our own time-keeping code - but I guess that would be in addition to your work here

This too was a local branch - I just figured I'd make a PR in case anyone else needed to run wifi with esp-hal main (unreleased)

Thanks! esp-wifi is moved into the esp-hal repository. If you want to continue working on this please consider re-opening the PR there
