Description

As per the conversation around the Etcd.io Docs/SEO Improvement Plan:

Migrate the canonical documentation from the etcd-io/etcd repo to this repo.

Deliverable

etcd.io has a new current version based on documentation from etcd-io/etcd. Subsequent versioning/releases can use this as base.
