I have inserted prefix and version again to avoid the issue addressed by easybuilders/easybuild-framework#3559 (not yet merged). I have separated metadata files for ALPS and Piz Daint, since they might provide different releases.

I merge the pull request now, since I need it for deploing the software stack on Alps.
