@hspencer77 tons of repeated patterns in here. Can't we have one tests that reuses the same signing code for each service? |

Note that Eutester4J tests using the AWS SDK for Java provide test coverage for signature version 4. Eucalyptus unit tests also run (some of) the tests from: http://docs.aws.amazon.com/general/latest/gr/signature-v4-test-suite.html |
