Lastmanagement: 1A fehlt!

Ich probiere mich gerade mit der neuen Funktion des evcc-Lastmanagements.
Gegeben ist folgende Konstellation:

• 2x go-e mit jeweils 11kw an einer Zuleitung mit 16A/Phase als Sicherung
• ein shellymeter 3EM/pro für die Messung der Wallboxen.
• 1x e-Golf mit max. 7200W Ladung (2-phasig)
• 1x smart mit 11000W Ladung
• dynamischer Stromtarif (Tibber)

Begebenheit:
Jedesmal, wenn evcc z.B. den e-Golf startet, um günstigen Strom zu tanken, wird die betreffende WB von 16A auf 15A runtergestellt und dadurch nur mit max. 6,5kW anstelle von knapp 7kW geladen.
Ich kann dann diese Einstellung in der go-e-App wieder auf 16A umstellen, dann wird auch mit knapp 7kW geladen, nach dem nächsten Start/Stop wiederholt sich das Prozedere wieder.
Gleiches passiert mit der 2. go-e ebenfalls. Im Moment des Startens der Box wird von eingestellten 16 auf 15A zurückgestellt.

Fragen:

• Wo ist das jeweils 1A?
• Warum regelt evcc um 1A runter, hab ich was falsch eingestellt?
• wie kann ich das umgehen?

Beim Golf sind 7200W als Max definiert. Das sind 15,6A@2p. Deshalb wird auf 15A begrenzt.

Warum eigentlich für jede Box einen eigenen circuit?
Wenn beide an der gleichen Leitung hängen, dann reicht der "Wallboxstromkreis".
