convertToCylindrical

The utility for the conversion of the U-field in the OpenFOAM CFD.

Tested version is 3.0+

Improved version of the Bryan Lewis code. It has options to save unit vectors in the cell centers and read dynamicMeshDict to define cylindrical CS automatically.
