scAnt Version 1.3.0

Official scAnt v1.3.0 release

This version includes the latest updates and incredible contributions to the scAnt project made by @Brit0sh (and some smaller ones by @FabianPlum)!

Major updates:

• DARK MODE
• added display for focus threshold for improved value selection
• fixed bugs related to out-of-sync motor control
• migrated fully to new stacking process (on Windows)
• Addition of experimental Meshroom routines for apture-to-mesh pipeline
• Improved processing funcitonality, grouped into separate windows in the main GUI
• Unified post-processing via processStack for both GUI and CLI access

scAnt Version 1.2.0 [legacy release]

This version is specifically created to align with the documentation provided by Max Simon and Fabian Plum

This release is specifically for novice users closely following this guide for specimen capture and post processing and is closely tied to the use of 3DF Zephyr Lite as scan reconstruction and post-processing software.

For an up-to-date and fully open-source version refer to the official scAnt GitHub and later releases.
