This package provides the ability to interpret some communication
messages contained in VCD (Value Change Dump) files. There are three
components:

cmu_vcd.py processess VCD files and delivers value change
   notifications to subscribed observers. This wraps ANTLR-generated
   parser code:
   * ValueChangeDump.g -- A near-complete VCD grammar; produces an AST.
   * InterpretVCDHeader.g -- Tree-walker which extracts id_code
     definitions and scopes

SPI.py receives notifications from vcd_reader, and reconstructs
   SPI-protocol compliant messages (as strings of bits).

ad9510spi.py takes in strings of bits, and interprets them as command
   messages for Analog Devices AD9510 clock chips.
