Fix superbuild for new version of F3D and VTK

• update SDK tests
• update headless logic
• update CI

Other stuff to do:

• Add support for last VTK release: Create an issue to add 9.4.0 support on release: VTK release is not supported #205
• Check issue when building F3D from source instead of git: Configuration issue when using f3d_SOURCE_SELECTION=source #206
• Thumbnail should use headless : actually it should not
• CI should use headless: it should not
• GLX should not segfault : discussion ongoing
• Add rendering backend listing: Provide info about available rendering backends f3d#1697
• Check doc about rendering backends and headless: Update documentation about headless version for thumbnails f3d#1698
