Motivation
The motivation of this PR is to help more users use the built-in Algolia search feature of Docusaurus since many users may not be eligible for the free, hosted version of DocSearch. It also helps these users keep their DocSearch config up to date by linking to the Docusaurus 2 config file. Hopefully this will help users avoid issues with the /search page as discussed in #3996.
